Morris & Essex kicks off Terrier Week 2025. It is the largest one-day show in the world, held only once every five years, and is the place where the Amstaff breed and the STCA was officially created.

Join us at this magnificent show to celebrate the creation of our breed. Swag bags for everyone attending, and very special collectible swag for every exhibitor.

Fantastic trophies for every placement, including amazing curated trophies for every puppy class placement. Complimentary breakfast available to all, as well a free box lunch for all exhibitors. Parking, electricity, and grooming space is provided free to all exhibitors.

In addition to all regular classes and breed wins, the following will be offered:

-  10 Awards of Merit

-  Best Bred-By in Specialty

-  Best Puppy in Specialty

-  Best Veteran in Specialty

-  Best American-Bred in Specialty

Please Note:  Morris & Essex KC offers all regular classes except Bred-By Puppy.  Because veterans can compete at the all-breed Group and Best in Show level,  all Veterans must be intact.

Remember, there are 5000 dogs coming to M&E so it's best to reserve early.

This hotel has a nice grassy area out back and most rooms have kitchens.

This is also Montgomery weekend and many hotels are already sold out.

Our rate is $169-219 (depending on room--they have 2 bedroom options). PET FEES ARE WAIVED. Breakfast is included. If you do not have a dog you may be able to get a cheaper rate on a broker site, but with dogs this saves at least $100.

Cancellation and change is standard--you can cancel with no penalty. When you go on the site it will give you a date range of Sept. 29-Oct 2. You can get the rate for any days within that range.

Best bet is to reserve the night before (SEPT 30) and I would suggest checking out on OCT 2nd if you want to watch Best in Show.
